Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should we book?
Usually 8 to 14 months ahead, especially for high season in Cartagena. If your date is sooner, write anyway: sometimes there is room.
Do you travel?
Yes. We work all over Colombia and at destination weddings abroad. Travel costs are included transparently in the proposal.
How do we reserve our date?
With a signed contract and a PENDIENTE % retainer. The balance is due before the wedding.
When do we receive photos and film?
A sneak peek within days, and full delivery in PENDIENTE weeks for photography and PENDIENTE weeks for film.
Do you both work every wedding?
Yes. Gilberth and July are at your wedding, with whatever team your guest count and coverage require.
Can we book only photo or only film?
Yes, though most couples choose both: film and photos are planned together and tell the story better.
Do you work with our planner?
Always. We coordinate timing and locations with your planner from the start so the day flows without interruptions.
